Amazing, place, food, drinks and service!We have been 3 times and thinking to go again tonight! The waygu beef burger,the salt and pepper calamari, the curries....are all delicious!the best thing though is that they suit the menu for gluten intolerants!
Good food and cocktail options - The wattle seed espresso martini was fabulous. However, it is expensive for the service you receive. Long waits, small portion sizes and the waiter assuming we would like the water priced at AUD 10.50 without giving us an option. However, the charge was taken off the bill when questioned. Nothing special about the place that I'd like to revisit for.
The food was good but the proportions were not the best. Ask for tap water if not they'll serve you a $10.50 bottle of still bottled water. I was kind of ticked off by that, I did speak to them to get that off my bill which they did. However, it's something they should ask I'd say.I found the whole menu exorbitantly priced. I think the class it provides doesn't deserve the price you pay. That's completely my opinion. The prices definitely needs a review.The 3 stars are purely for the ambience and quality. IMFO it is worth a meal if it's about $40 per person including 1 drink and meal. Currently, an entre main and a dessert with a drink will cost you on an average about $55 excluding drinks.The wattle seed Espresso Martini is really good. Definitely try it!
Swung by initially for lunch but was put off by the rude bar tender just got a drink... go else where... I went to sails in the desert had a lovely lunch before setting off to watch the sunset at ares rock.
Best drinks you will find in Yulara but you are gonna have to wait for them! So if you plan on having more than one drink order two at a time so you dont have to wait 30 mins between drinks - obviously dont come before going on a tour or dinner event as you will probably run out of time waiting. They did make a great vodka Martini but they didnt know what a Manhattan was so keep your expectations low and you will be fine.
