Good place to stop on the way to Kata Tjuta for panoramic pictures. A short walk (perhaps about 200 meters) well accessible, from the carpark to the platform viewing area.
One of the places suggested to visit by a person in Sydney, whom we meet and spoke with during dinner.A very beautiful site and location.Speaking with a local guide was helpful as he was able to explain tje differences between Uluru and the Kata Tijuta area.Nice area to hike. Might even get to see some wild camels.Bring plenty of water
What a wonderful place. Inspirational Aboriginal ground. Ivor & Steve were our driver & guide for the day & provided us with loads of interesting information on the site.Less well known as Uluru, but just as dramatic.
