Great options and choices. Something to suit everyone, regardless of dietary requirements. Egg dishes made to order. Great coffee, very clean and attentive servers.
Ilkari is the main restaurant inside Sails in the Desert in Yulara. At night it is a buffet with a great range of dishes. Ot also includes a live cooking station where you can order from about 5 or 6 additional options, cooked to order. Their will be a roast of the day plus fish and usually lamb cutlets and kangaroo. In the mornings Ilkari is the breakfast buffet and now the live cooking station is eggs to order and other specialties. Highly recommend you try this great venue.
