Fantastic experience seeing all those stars when the table lights went out food was good to
This event is a priority when I visit Uluru. The canapes and champagne, the main meal and deserts are a treat with indigenous ingredients. The lecture/presentation used to be made by a real astronomer and included multiple telescopes for viewing, and modern astronomical observations, and traditional creation creation stories. This time the sky was overcast meaning the presentation of stories was so much more important for the experience. It was appalling. The presenter obviously working from a script, no spark, no knowledge to dig into to embellish and expand the experience. Sounds of Silence need to plan for poor natural conditions and enhance the storyline in compensation.

You ever in the NT this is a must stop by. The food is like a 7/10 but the fact of where your eating is amazing the sun set before the food is a amazing time and the memories will be amazing the amazing view of uluru is just incredible.
Like all of our tour's with AAT Kings this is fantastic. It's a short drive along a section of dirt road. You are met by friendly staff with complimentary drinks and canopies. The view as the sun goes down is amazing. You move on to the dining area and are treated to a huge buffet dinner which includes kangaroo, crocodile barramundi, chicken and lamb along with vegetables and salad. Plenty of complimentary wine. You get a didgeridoo playing while you eat. After deserts they turn all the lights out and you get a talk about the stars. I would highly recommend you do this. The staff are amazing..
