My hertz experience has been up and down, but the Uluru hertz was better than I expected. Got a bigger car than I wanted, and aside from the old people in front of us slowing everyone down, it was without any hiccups. They gave us a perk as a result of our minor mixup.
Nobody cares, you're just here to give money. They did not care when you arrive and when you left, I had a bill two times the expected price with 9 days of location instead of 4 and double kilometers. The money was taken directly on my account, 10 days to have an answer from the client service, I had multiple fees for that, and never an apologize! And I had to prove that I gave back the car, awesome! They did not even think that the car was rented another time, how is it possible???? Take care if you rent there, take pictures!

Friendly staff and perfect location in the airport.I had a free upgrade from Toyota Corola to SUV.The free Excess Insurance is however a bit expensive (40$/day).
Big shout out to the staff here. My husbands wallet fell out of his pocket after refuelling the car before returning it to town centre office before our flight back home. We rang and spoke to staff and the airport staff also, they chased up and returned his wallet just before we boarded our flight. Thank you so much guys!
