Friendly staff and good range of vehicle. Only problem was reimbursment of fees was not automatic but took over a week to hit account.
Avoid this service at all costs, they charged more than contracted due to fuel and other fees, even though I returned the vehicle with a full tank!

More expensive than Thrifty and Avis (perhaps because the cars available are of more premium range), but with the most availability of cars. We tried to rent a car on the day itself and got a 4WD for $150 for 24hrs with zero excess whereas Avis quoted $70 with $4000 excess. The paperwork is quick and the best part about Hertz is that we can immediately pick up the car at Ayers Rock resort whereas other car hires have to pick up at the airport.
