5 stars is just the price, neither the Srvice nor the infrastructure and the breakfast buffet correspond to an international Ranging of 5 stars and everywhere in the corridors it is dirty. Further I ask me where the chef comes from, from a Best Western Hotel? cCanned fruit at the Breakfast buffet in 5 star hotel!!!!

Sails was a nice hotel to stay in, my wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. When we arrive the check in process was smooth and our room was ready for us. Walking around to our room was a good 2 minute walk to get there. The room was clean and the A/C was on blast which was amazing. The pool was cool lots of things floating in there like bugs but nonetheless thats life. Walking back to your room just watch our for the grasshoppers that like to hop on you as you walk towards your room. I would come back to sails next time.

Loved my stay at the Sails and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Nice rooms - keeping in mind you're in the middle of the desert, not in a CBD - clean, well laid out, top quality buffet breakfast, big pool - however it could use some shade. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't try the $75 buffet dinner however restaurant was full so must be decent.

Loved my stay. Staff were extremely hospitable, service was quick food great and front desk very informative. Refunds for cancelled tours was quick and hassle free- will definitely stay at sails in the desert when Im back.

My god all of these hotels in this area are just pathetic, the quality is better than other hotels around but it is not sufficient enough. If this hotel is located in a proper city, youd think that this is a dodgy place. The premise is obviously trying to target on middle class with the pricing and atmosphere, however all of the rooms are just plain ugly and outdated. The bathroom has no exhaust fan at all so youll end up with steamy gross bathroom. The aircon doesnt work properly either considering its always hot outside. The amenities are very tacky as well. Staying here is almost feels like a punishment. On a positive note, the staffs are really great. Its amazing that they are giving opportunity for local indigenous to work.
