I really loved my room, it was clean and modern and cozy. The room had everything I needed. There was even milk in the fridge for my tea. The staff were friendly and the pool was lovely. I would stay here again.
A very good resort. The staff are very very pleasant to talk to. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The pool is nice. The rooms are of good size. I had mine on the ground floor with the pool right in front of the door. Would have loved a window to the pool though. However, it was still nice. The shampoo and conditioner they provide are something specific to this area and smells great. There is an abundance of free activities you can do. It's really worth doing the free activities. Very knowledgeable people running these shows.
The only mid range hotel at Uluru and a very nice offering. Friendly staff, air conditioned rooms with fridges, clean, comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend this hotel to tourists looking for a good place to stay at a good price in an excellent location. It's right next to the town square with the supermarket, cafe and shops all there.
Overpriced, tacky design and very outdated. People who rated this hotel 5 stars have probably never stayed in a proper hotel in their life or they come from some small town. The hotel literally looks like a nice prison. The room itself is very small, it has no blind and it gets bright in the morning when youre trying to sleep. Toilet and shower are horrible, too small and has no hot water. You cant control the temperature in room either. Whoever design this hotel needs to reflect on their choices, theres nothing nice about it. Even the door is designed so poorly that you can hear everyone outside, even you can hear the leaves falling. I dont understand how the door is literally next to the bed either.
Great position, closest hotel to Town Square. Clean crisp linen & super comfy beds. BUT, very small rooms with an enclosed shower cubicle which offers NO privacy. So small and impossible to get dried & dressed in that space. Not ideal when travelling with a friend, might not be an issue for couples. Toilet door opened facing the bed. Frosted glass doors also let in light at night whilst using toilet. No thermostat for aircon & I found it very hot overnight.Staff were obliging & very pleasant at all times. Would I recommend this hotel NO, purely because of the bathroom..... lack of!
